We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Orders are handled and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, transit takes 6–12 business days, resulting in a total delivery time of 7–15 business days.

What is your return policy?

We have a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Contact contact@Popfour.shop to initiate a return.

What if my ceramic piece arrives damaged?

Every Popfour piece is securely wrapped in multi-layered cushioning. If an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@Popfour.shop with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will promptly provide a replacement or a full refund.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your carrier tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment anytime on our Track Your Order page.

How do I care for my handmade ceramics?

Always handle ceramic pieces from the base using both hands. Dust regularly with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. For pieces with 24k gold luster or hand-painted details, hand-wash gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, avoiding abrasive scouring pads or dishwashers.
